I found that Paul Carter was a very good driving instructor. He was dedicated and patient.  He was always on time and had a very friendly and outgoing manner, which helped me to have confidence in him and his teaching ability.  He went out of his way to make sure that he could teach me at a time and place that suited me.  I passed my test first time.
